We want every member of Vitalkne to feel confident about their purchase. This Return Policy explains the simple, friendly conditions under which we accept refund or exchange requests for our ten-minute daily movement programs.

1. Cooling-off period

If you decide the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, as long as you have completed no more than five sessions. To request a refund, write to us using the form on our Contact page and include the email address and date used at purchase.

2. After the cooling-off period

After the fourteen-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to look at exchanges for a different program in our library, especially if the original choice no longer fits your routine or schedule.

3. Technical issues

If you are unable to access a program because of a technical problem on our side, please tell us as soon as possible. We will work with you to restore access, extend your access period, or issue a refund proportional to the time you were unable to use the program.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is not fit for the purpose we agreed, you are entitled to a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law, regardless of the conditions in this policy.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days. The receiving bank may take additional time to display the funds. We do not charge a processing fee for refunds.

6. Gift purchases

If you bought a program as a gift, the refund will be returned to the original purchaser. We are also happy to exchange the gift for a program of equal value at the recipient’s request.
